We want you to love your Bindsafe binder — but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

🔁 Changed Your Mind?

No problem. If your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

To start a return, just email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Heads up: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💔 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item?

Yikes — we’re really sorry about that. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll sort it quickly — whether that’s sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If it’s been longer than that, double-check with your bank or payment provider — sometimes they need a little extra time. Still nothing? Drop us a message and we’ll help.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
